Refund policy

When can I return a Product? 

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • Unused in the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

No returns accepted for the following items:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items
  • All products sent outside the US.

I received a damaged/faulty product!

We strive to only provide the highest quality products. but If for some reason the product is faulty, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

You can exchange products for different sizes/variants. A $5 restocking fee will be required. After your exchange request is approved, your replacement item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

We support the following refund options:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Store credit (if applicable)

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
